What's up ya'll...everybody done with the smack-talkin' already? We're only four weeks into the season!

Despite the ultra-mediocre outing last week, I got strong hopes for a win this week. Portis appears to be ready to play...the Raider O finally pulled it together in the 4th quarter last week and face the god-awful Bears this week....Ashlie Lelie is turning into this year's Jerry Porter...Chambers going up againt the Giants D (givin' up the most pass yards per game). Watch out RLLD....should put up some huge points this week!

This is a very quiet league. I hate posting something thats 4-7 lines loing and than get no-responses. If no other owners are going to make an effort im not. I just get tired of writing some much in a thread and come to find 1 respone within a week! :D

Thing will pick up I'm sure. Your first loss is about to turn into a losing streak. They ain't no stoppin' Quincy Carter tomorrow!

You have a good chance with half of my lineup depleated, but its all good. If henry can play (well) i think i can pull off the win!

Perusing our rosters, I think this is a very enigmatic league. When everyone (but me and Diesel) was hyping Tenacious D, I was worried about Sharkbait and friar (Diesel favored Scorgasms). Me, the two teams from the picks trade. Scurvy is 0-5 and could easily be 2-3 or 3-2 if he made better roster decisions. This week he started Hasselback in GB as opposed to Garcia @home with Detroit. That cost him the game. TR is still a sleeping giant, but Dillon and Alexander are going to have to come together together to turn that around. Friar has posted back to back big scores with the triple headed receiving monster. Seeker's on an unexpected but solid three game Faulkless winning streak (Moss is a monster). PIK's and mine are the most consistent teams so far. With Jimmy Smith looking in mid-season form... Sharky with solid qbs, great backs, Toomer and Smith, Sharpe and a solid D looks really tough from here on out. It's too early to try and sort out the muddled mess that is the rest of you. That's why they play the game...

I have a feeling this 4-1 start of mine is going to be a blessing by week 12.

hey ZAP, things can can turn right around in no time. Look at my team for example :D  Anyways, i'm not worried about my record. As long as i make the top 4, which i feel pretty confident about, i think i can make it to the SB. Im sitting nice on a SCHWEET playoff schedule.

With the Oak. O imploding this season, my O is much weaker than I was anticipating. I knew the WR core would be weak....but Gannon and Garner are seriously lettin' me down. The only reason I've squeaked to a 3-2 record is Portis and some suprise games from that weak WR core.

things are looking up. Faulk I thought would kil me, but solid managing and Moss have helped me rise in the standings. I think my picking up all the extra Rbs have helped others from picking much needed backups. I will wind up with 9 wins I think

I am usually a running back hoarder too. I was feeling a little desperate when Alstott went down, but now I'm feeling better. It's going to be a tough race for both those first four seeds and the second four. I think as the smoke clears a little here in the next two weeks, this league will get more exciting.
