Baseball sucks. 20 years since the Royals won the series, but it might as well be 200, because they will never make the playoffs again. The economics of baseball is BS. Around here, the only thing to do is root for anyone but the Yankees. They get a big fat middle finger in my book. Ha ha 200 million this year to watch the series from home. Didn't the previous Royals owners sell the team about the same time the Royals became perennial losers? Hmmmm...maybe it's not so much the economics of baseball as it is the ownership. Plus blantant cheaters like Bonds are worshipped by MLB, it's time to get out! When did Bonds come out and say that he cheated and took steroids? I guess Giambi never admitted to taking steroids either. Apparently it all depends on whether or not you believe the leaks from the grand jury testimonies in the Balco case. Apparantly Giambi admitted to the grand jury that he took steroids. Barry Bonds admitted to the same. Of course, he was smart enough to add that he didn't know what he was taking. Fact is a fact though. According to leaks from the casee, Bonds admitted he took the cream and the clear, which are both products on the big steroid family tree.
