Anyone use Roxio VideoWave 7 Professional?

I made a DVD for my mom from all our old Super 8 and 8 mm home movies. But when I burn it to a DVD, it won't play in DVD players, only on the computer.

 

Roxio Video Wave 7 is only giving me the option to save it as a .dmsd fi;e, there is no option to save it as an mpeg2 - which is what I've used previously for DVDs made with photos and music... but now that I've converted the video to DVD, combined and edited it into one DVD, it won't frickin work!

 

And... if you go to their "support site" you cannot find an answer to your questions, can't find an email address to send a question to, etc.
