ajmplaya69 0 Posted June 8, 2006 15 yds rec/rush per point 1 reception per point 40 yds pass per point 6 points for all TDs I have the fifth pick in my draft and I'm looking at Lamont. I feel Tiki is worth the 4th and will be gone. Any opinions on this one?
famousb 11 Posted June 8, 2006 15 yds rec/rush per point1 reception per point 40 yds pass per point 6 points for all TDs I have the fifth pick in my draft and I'm looking at Lamont. I feel Tiki is worth the 4th and will be gone. Any opinions on this one? so far it seems like the consensus 4,5,6 are Tiki, Edge, and Portis - but not necessarily in that order... so Lamont should definitely be there for you at 5. As far as which one to take at 5, ask 3 different people and you will get three different answers... Lamont being the 4th answer. if you want opinions on the above three, check out the existing thread: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=212073
ajmplaya69 0 Posted June 8, 2006 Projections show Edge/Portis on the cusp of the 1st rd in a PPR league. Lamont put up solid stats and missed two games. Who knows how many more receptions he wouldve recieved if he played all 16? Plus added emphasis by Art shell on the O-line this year. Jackson Biggs 0 Posted June 8, 2006 well, if i had the 4th pick, first I'd cry that I missed out on the top 3 and then reluctantly take Edge at the last 2nd over Portis...if Lamont is your interest I think you have no worries
Sapronos04 0 Posted June 9, 2006 Im not a big Portis fan but he should be #4 Off the board IMO. Tiki maybe but i wouldnt mess with Edge or L Jordan before CP.
dreadlocks34 0 Posted June 9, 2006 IMO Portis should be fourth off the board no matter the scoring of the league.
jdon 28 Posted June 9, 2006 I am going to step outside the prevailing thought here and say take Steven Jackson. He could be great in this league, and I doubt he ends up sucking: 10-11 tds, 50 catches, and 1500 yards seem to be his low end... Edge is a Cardinal Portis doesn't catch

Ras66not99 0 Posted March 25, 2007 I found something where I was right!!! june of 2006 too! Nice jdon!!!!! I took SJax with the 5th pick in my redraft.... unfortunately I traded him a few weeks into the season along with Antonio Bryant to the guy that had Tomlinson for Chester Taylor, Warrick Dunn and Lee Evans.... and ended up finishing 2nd in total points and runner up in the Bowl TO HIM !!!! We live.... we learn
