Kellys Heroes 0 Posted July 24, 2006 I know that Burleson is the #2 right now, but I also notice that Engram is projected to have more points. I just picked Engram up from the FA pool; not hoping for much but he is a good stash away since both Jackson and Burleson are injury prone. Thoughts
Kellys Heroes 0 Posted July 24, 2006 Does anyone think the Engram has any value?
SmartassBoiler 0 Posted July 24, 2006 I bet the projection that says Engram will have more points is assuming an injury from Burleson. I think Burleson's skills fit Seattle's offense well and he should have a productive year. I see Engram as barely draftable in a 12x15 league.
duaneok66 0 Posted July 24, 2006 Does anyone think the Engram has any value? He's worth a late round pick; It's not for sure if Djackson will be ready to start the seasaon . . .
Jay 0 Posted July 25, 2006 I don't agree with projections that have Engram having more points. Burleson is a quality #2 wide receiver with even some #1 ability. Engram has never been more than a slot receiver. I think Burleson could even end up with the best numbers in Seattle with Jackson still nursing his knee injury. mgs316 14 Posted July 25, 2006 Fortunately for some of us, most people will be scared off of Burelson because of last years debacle. It wasn't his fault. The Vikes were a team in shambles. Dante literally was missing wide open receivers all the time. The line was also a mess. Then Nate got hurt and the rest is history. Watching this guy play every week the dude can play, I think he could put up some suprising stats this year. I think he is a very good player and if he's there at a reasonable round, I'm gonna grab him.
