Franknbeans 46 Posted July 26, 2006 Knowing Shanahan, I wouldn't be surprised if he brought in yet another RB. from PFW... According to Ashley Lelie’s new agent, Peter Schaffer, there are seven teams that are “very interested” in his client’s services for 2006, and he is working hard at getting a deal done to send Lelie from Denver to a team with which he would have the chance to compete for a No. 1 WR job. “Our goal is to get it done before camp, but there are a lot of moving parts to this,” Schaffer told PFW. Asked if there were any scenarios that would have Lelie staying put with the Broncos this season, Schaffer answered, “We’re not really looking at those right now. We’re looking at all the other situations.”
Cuse9 129 Posted July 26, 2006 The only problem is: Of the seven teams, five are in Canada and two are in NFL Europe. Why does Lelie think he's good? In case you read this Ashley: You are an underachiever. You must perform before you make rediculous demands like wanting to be a #1....as it is, you're #4 in Denver right now. So shut up! Boston 0 Posted July 26, 2006 Anytime a sentence starts with the words "according to player x's agent" get ready for some BS... Ashley leile is quickly turning into a very delusional person. Does he really think he's a #1 WR? If so, why? He seems to have an opinion of himself that no one else who has seen him play has. I will give him credit on one thing...he's not forcing a deal due to money...although you know that's the next shoe to drop.

He'll show up to camp now they aise the pently for holding out.
