Trading Draft Picks in a keeper league?

YOu give up the round you drafted the player in.

I draft 9th overall 10 team league

The guy who drafts 5th has no first round pick so wants to trade his 1st for my 2nd

This bumps me over 2 guys in the first round and I only lose 3 picks in the 2nd

 

Have you experienced this kind of situation before and do you allow it?
