Fumbleweed 555 Posted July 30, 2006 I remember watching the Hall of Fame game last year between Miami and Chicago and neither Ronnie Brown nor Cedric Benson had signed their rookie contract. Now this year, a full week before the Hall of Fame game, every offensive skill position first rounder has signed except for Matt Leinart. This will make projections and so forth a little easier. This year will be a little tougher on what they should go for.
