10 Team League 5 rounds auction and 10 rounds snake

I am in a league that places the top 50 players 15-qb 15-rb 15-wr and 5-te in a hat for auction the in round six we start a snake format. The auction we have $200.00 to spend. Will the Draft buddy work for this type of draft?
