Uncle Humuna 0 Posted August 17, 2006 14 team redraft Start 2RB, 3WR, 1RB/WR Any TD=6 50 yrds pass = 1 20 yrds rush/rec = 1 INT/Fumb. Lost = -2 Me QBs: T.Green, M.Brunell, D.Carr RBs: C.Portis, J.Jones, C.Dillon, A.Green WRs: D.Mason, J.Horn, J.Jurevicius, E.Wilford, M.Booker Him QBs: D.Bledsoe RBs: L.Johnson, K.Jones, D.Davis, B. Jacobs, T.J.Duckett WRs: D.Branch, E.Kennison, R.Brown, A.Bryant, R.White, C.Jackson Had started out trying to deal one of my QBs to him (since he didn't have a back-up). My target was DD. After much haggling, he just dropped this bomb on me. Mason for DD - straight up. On paper, don't know how I can pass it up. Would leave me awfully thin at WR though. Is there something I'm missing? Am I overthinking this? Pull the trigger? TIA
Jeremy 0 Posted August 17, 2006 Dominic Davis seems to be unable to get past his recent injury. But for Mason, I think the price is right to make the trade.
JREarly 0 Posted August 17, 2006 i think you should make the trade as well. this would give you a very nice setup at RB position. that way you could use dillon and DD interchangable as to who is playing better or if one got hurt. plus you also have a. green to mix in as well, which i believe he will have a good year. yes, it leaves you thin at WR but lets remember, RB position is more important. i think horn will have a very nice year and with your RB situation you won't need huge production out of your WR's. i would go ahead at pull the trigger on this deal. even though it is a 14 team league you can still try to pick up a sleeper WR off waivers. good luck.
