Draft Strategy Rd 1 and 2...leave link I will respond

Recommended Posts

Ok, 12 team keeper leage (2 keepers and give up rd drafted in). Standard scoring w/ppr. We start 1QB, 2RB, 3 WR/TE, 1K, 1D/St.

I am keeping S.Jackson (3rd Rd pick) and Caddy (4th rd pick). I pick 5th but 2 owners have 1st rd keepers so I will get the 3rd overall pick. The two ahead of me must get RBs so here is where I am at. I will be able to get a stud WR with my first pick.

The WRs that will be available are:

T.Holt

L.Fitzgerald

C.Johnson

T.Owens

M.Harrison

D.Driver

My question is which one should I take. I will then use my late 2nd rd pick to either get my 3rd RB or 2nd WR just depends on who is on the board. I will take the best player available.

Please rank these WRs and give some insight.

Thanks, and remember leave a link

Fitz has Boldin, but the addition of James should open up the passing game even more but cut into yards.

Johnson has a questionable Palmer and the Housh, bad D, bad offseason problems

Holt has a new offense that is less pass happy, bad D so will be playing from behind alot, but no big time #2 receiver.

Rams and Cards have a much easier schedule than the Bengals.

TO seams to be getting on coaches nerves....too much of a head case for me.

Driver has a horrible offensive and D, but he is the only offensive threat the team has....big risk/reward

Harrison....i think wayne will be #1, but with edge gone, i think they throw more.

I'd go with Holt or Fitz.
