Fearsome 22 Posted August 26, 2006 I am in a keeper league that requires you to forfiet draft selections based on previous years performance. Also, you are only able to keep one player per position for a max of two keepers (i.e. 1 RB and 1 WR). Finally, keepers are not announced untilfive minutes prior to the draft. I am drafting 1.5 and I believe P. Manning will be kept at 1.1, Alexander at 1.2 with 1.3 and 1.4 being open, that is, their owner keepers are not 1st rounders. Here is a list of RBs that I think are being kept and ones that are available to me: Kept Alexander 1.2 L Johnson 1.6 James 1.7 Tomlinson 1.9 Rudi 2.1 Jackson (ME) 2.6 Jordan 2.7 J Lewis 6.3 R Brown 6.10 AVAILABLE (FFToday Rank) Barber 4 Cadillac 9 Addai 11 Westbrook 12 J Jones 13 Portis 14 Parker 15 McGahee 16 I am keeping S Jax and D Jax. I think 1.3 and 1.4 will be Barber and Portis. Should I go with Cadillac or some other mediocre back or step up to S Smith, C Johnson or Fitzgerald to jump start my WR corps? I will have pick 3.5, 25th overall to add RB depth. Bush, Dillon, Davis, T Jones should be available there. Just looking for help...sorry to be so complicated... eefflrat 0 Posted August 27, 2006 In a keeper league I would hope Prtis falls to me, if he doesn't I would consider McGahee for the long term, then Chad, Larry, Smith in that order. Good luck. Help me out... http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=224827
cntblah 0 Posted August 27, 2006 I can't imagine Bush lasting that long.. I'd go with Cadillac there, decent WRs can be had later and the top WRs this year all have issues - injuries or QBs.
