Mattias19 0 Posted August 28, 2006 Your starters looks great but, as you mentioned, I'd be a little worried about not having an adequate backup at RB. That's probably the sacrafice of landing Roy and Anquan, though. If you were stuck going RBBC, was Addai or Marion Barber still around? I think D. Williams will be a starter by mid-season for the Panthers, so he's not as much of a gamble, IMO. Your WR depth is great, too, even with three starters needed. Solid at QB. jhowie 0 Posted August 28, 2006 addai was taken, not that high on him anyhow for some reason? barber you know his upside, williams/moroney sky's the limit....

I agree with most of what he said, although I'm not sure D. Williams will be a starter by mid-season. I would keep your eye out for trades or pickups to deepen your RB pool. Mattias19 0 Posted August 28, 2006 The Colt's like Addai's pass-blocking ability more than that of Rhodes. I think he brings more to the table than Rhodes does, plus he's looked better in the preseason, IMO. The reason I think Williams will be a starter by mid-season is I can't see Foster holding up throughout.

FBH ** 0 Posted August 28, 2006 You did a very good job of building your team for this season, while also drafting for the future. But remember you have Caddy, still a young productive RB, for at least 2 more seasons too. Your WR are a very nice group, and Givens, Clayton, and Wilford give some depth with upside. Overall I agree with the others, the RB may be a little thin because of your drafting for the future, but those guys should still get carries every week.
