TheHolmes 0 Posted August 28, 2006 i give up kennison and benson i get donald driver it would definately improve my wr's and since we start 2 i would have a good 1-2, but is it too much to give up?
gobuckeyes 0 Posted August 28, 2006 Seems like a pretty good deal to me, you are losing 2 subpar players for a solid #2 wideout. Kennison is clearly a lesser wr and Benson is not making friends on his team and at best will share carries. You have much better players at both positions already, the trade will def imrove your team.
TORAIDER 0 Posted August 28, 2006 These questions are the hardest to assess without knowing how your helping the other team and your league roster set up. I like the deal, you just give up some depth at RB, especially if either of your top two backs go down.

I would make the deal. With H. Edwards coaching KC and the fact that T. Green seems to looking for S. Parker more than Kennison(IMO) Benson will be in a RBBC. And the fact tha D. Driver is all B.Farve has.

I like the deal, you just give up some depth at RB, especially if either of your top two backs go down. This guy is right. while this deal is kind of a no brainer anyhow, it helps if we know some things prior to giving you advice: 1) what players do you have on your team? 2) what players does he have on his team? 3) what kind of scoring is used in your league? 4) is it a keeper league, redraft league, or dynasty league? 5) how many teams are in your league? we generally cant give you proper advice without the above info most of the time. In this case, one guy hit the nail on the head. You're giving up a #3 or #4 WR for a guy who will be a #2 WR and thowing in a RB who has a big question mark in terms of what he can do, and no clear starting job. I'd say in most cases regardless of the missing info, you would make this deal.
yomamahates 0 Posted August 28, 2006 Giving up Benson is like donating a penny to Goodwill. He's going downhill and Thomas Jones is a decent backup, so I would look at it this way: Kennison for Driver. Keep in mind a rookie emerged on GB that no one talks about. Greg Jennings. He's moved from bottom of the barrel to switch out with Ferguson (Favre's #2 WR), and I don't think Ferguson will play most games (recovering injury). Jennings has tremendous speed and great hands. But even with that comment...its hands down amazing deal.
TheHolmes 0 Posted August 28, 2006 His squad is here, mine is in my sig QB D. McNabb QB M. Bulger RB E. James RB L. Jordan WR D. Driver WR Sa. Moss W/R D. Foster K J. Feely DEF Tampa Bay J. Horn Ma. Jones R. Grossman G. Jones A. Randle El D. Staley I really dont know why he would do this trade, I guess it could give him more depth at running back. yomamahates 0 Posted August 29, 2006 You're exactly right. He has decent WR backups but no RB depth. Honestly, even with Benson he still wouldn't have a reliable RB depth. I think he's screwing himself over. Unless he is a psychic and knows Kennison will have an amazing year.
