van-guard 0 Posted August 29, 2006 Recently completed my draft over the weekend. I picked second out of a 12-team league with 14 rounds for the draft. Here's my team: QB - Warner QB - Kitna RB - L. Johnson (KC) RB - T. Jones (CHI) RB - D. Davis (HOU) WR - Moss (OAK) WR - Fitzgerald WR - Coles (NYJ) WR - Smith (DEN) TE - Gates (SD) TE - Winslow (CLE) DEF - Bucs DEF - Eagles K - Reed (PHI) What do you think? Ronald Mexico 0 Posted August 29, 2006 if you can, drop a defense for either leinart or kitna or somebody just to get your qb's some depth that may work out. Your running back issue isn't as imperitive to me as your qb issue cuz i think t.jones will start the season for chi until he gets hurt. see mine Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
van-guard 0 Posted August 29, 2006 You've got a solid team...although I would be worried about your WRs. It seems like you have both of AZ's WR tandem. That will hurt on AZ's bye week. maybe you can deal one of your tier 2/3 RBs for a quality WR to start when AZ has a bye week. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

boogaloobboy 0 Posted August 29, 2006 Middle of the pack 12 man league team. Could tick up to playoff contender given a few breaks. On to the specifics............LJ is of course the lynchpin, but I really wish you had a more solid two option. I am quite sure TJones is going to be the Bears starter so I"m comfortable with him as a two but the Benson problem is of some concern. DD has that knee so his health keys the team IMO. If he gives you 12-14 solid games your a playoff team, without him you are seriously light on RB depth. Love the WR duo and the Warner/Fitz combo is gonna be nice, but again health is a concern for Warner. Kitna is a stopgap at best as backup. Gates covers many holes though. Overall you have a competitive team but you have injury concerns that run deeper than I like in a team, RB could become a mess if things don't break correctly.
