harrinjj22 0 Posted August 29, 2006 I have been offered McNabb, Roy Williams, and B. Westbrook for S. Jackson, M. Booker, and Eli Manning. Do I make this trade? I figured McNabb is much upgraded now with Stallworth being there. My roster is in my sig.
Ronald Mexico 0 Posted August 29, 2006 i wouldn't, just for the fact that you have the two most valuable players in those trade players w/ manning and s.jackson. At least on my draft board. don't trade see mine
van-guard 0 Posted August 29, 2006 I think I would prefer Manning and Jackson over McNabb and Westbrook...besides, why would you want two players form the same team when you have two good ones already...you'll take a major hit when Philly is on a bye week. You look think at WR though...maybe you can get a quality WR by parting with some strength from your RBs
mikeso 0 Posted August 29, 2006 i would keep sjax..hes gonna be a monster this year.... http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=225705
boogaloobboy 0 Posted August 29, 2006 Absolutely not. The trading mantra should be "thou shalt not give up a better RB than you receive in any trade".........and this trade fails it miserably. Westbrooks injury history is not good, and he will almost certainly not match SJax for output. Add in the fact that Manning figures to outperform McNabb. Williams is certainly better than Booker but you'll kick yourself if Jackson is a top 5 fantasy back and Westbrook plays 10 games. The absolute clincher is the fact that you'd be heavily reliant on a Eagles offense every week that has to play NYG and WASH and Dallas defenses twice each. Doesn't tickle my fancy. guitarmonkiy 0 Posted August 29, 2006 That's a tempting trade but I don't think I'd risk it. McNabb could definitely put up big numbers this year, but they'll most likely be comparable with Eli. Westbrook has a good upside, but SJax should have a much better year. Also, if the Eagles have a bad game, you're gonna get screwed X2. dalie 2 Posted August 29, 2006 Don't do it SJAx and Eli are better then Westbrook and Mcnabb. Williams is better then Booker but not enough to make up the difference. mine? http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=225628
