wak 0 Posted August 29, 2006 I definitely would NOT drop any of them for Toefield. First, I think they would either go RBBC, or Maurice Jones-Drew would get a shot at the #1. Toefield and Pearman have had their chances in the past, and they've been marginal. The guys you are considering dropping for him are both better and have a lot more upside. Lundy is an interesting situation, since I think he will be the starter for awhile. I think Davis is toast, and even if he comes back, Im sure he'll re-aggravate the injury and miss more time. However, I would look to drop a WR before a RB. The 2nd and 3rd tier WRs are a dime a dozen, but it will always be hard to find a back with the upside of a Maroney or Addai. Do you have any marginal WRs?
Ronald Mexico 0 Posted August 29, 2006 nobody, you are filled with enough "what-ifs" at qb. I know jones is out for year but Taylor still has to get hurt and then toefield will be sharing load w/ m.drew. Lundy? come on, what if he does get to carry the load cuz d.davis is bone on bone in his knee? Houston is usually out of the game by half so they never get a rb w/ a 20 carry game. Your backup rb's could be huge though. Your denver combo is your best bet i think. see mine

harrinjj22 0 Posted August 29, 2006 Don't drop anyone for Toefield, but I would consider Lundy. If you do, drop Brown since I think the Titans will stink this year and won't run the ball much and plus they have a loaded backfield in Henry, Brown and White.
