Beef Ravioli 0 Posted August 29, 2006 My team Bulger / Rivers - QB Rudi / Lamont / Gore / L Maroney / Chris Perry - RB Anquan / Driver / Antonio Bryant - WR LJ Smith - TE I could drop Perry and pick up Clayton. I picked up Perry in the 14th round just to handcuff him with Rudi, but now I am a little concerned over WR. I have heard some think he will have a good year - any thoughts?? lguero1 4 Posted August 29, 2006 i've heard the same about michael. perry is dead weight on your team unless it is a ppr league. pick him up now instead of being sorry later. WRs are a dime a dozen and i'll be watching the 1st week to see who is this year's bolden.
shredhead 21 Posted August 29, 2006 Thanks for answering mine. I have to agree with the 2nd poster and say to get Clayton. Even if something does happen to Rudi, I don't see you using Perry to take his place given your other options. I'm guessing if something happens to one of your other backs, you will be able to get Perry back (or someone equivalent to him)
Turf Nazi 0 Posted August 29, 2006 Definitely pick up Michael Clayton. This dude was hurt all last year, and he dropped way down the draft boards, but Gruden loves him in his offense. Plus, with having Chris Simms in the system for half a season, he is poised to have a great season. Thanks for answering mine. I will have to look at this Frank Gore guy and see what kind of strings I can pull. As of right now, I have been offered Tatum Bell for Reggie Bush. Don't know if I want to do that.
