k9tofive 0 Posted August 31, 2006 My picks in order - had the 4th pick in 12 team league/15 round redraft: Rudi Johnson - a good upside pick at #4. Up until the injury, Portis would have been my guy. Marvin Harrison - happy he was here. I was all set to take R Wayne here based on Mocks. Reuben Droughns - it was between him and Roy Williams, and with Harrison, I thought getting another RB was a good move. I think he will improve on the 2 TDs last year. Andre Johnson - the best thing in HOU. Incidently, Roy Williams only went 5 picks before this one. Reggie Brown - see above. Mike Bell - if he remians the starter, I got a good thing. Thought about Stallworth here but thought he would make it back to me. I was wrong. Antonio Bryant - Similar to R Brown. The next WR picks were Eddie Kennison, Matt Jones & Joe Jurevicius. Muhsin Muhammad - A sleeper IMO. will be at 900yds + 8TDs IMO. Michael Vick - I think he will follow same path as Steve Young and have increased prodcution. T.J. Duckett - stole him from guy who drafted Portis. I think injury is worse than it seems so this also could be some nice upside. Ben Troupe - some upside - and I needed one. Derrick Blaylock - He could easily become the starter. Not a Barlow fan. Eric Parker - Upside. Atlanta Falcons Matt Bryant I tried to win it all instead of playing to not lose. We will see in about 18 weeks. QB-RB-RB-WR-WR-WR-TE-K-DEF 6 points for all TDs/1pt 50yds Pass/1 pt 20 yds Rec/Rush
star69 5 Posted August 31, 2006 good luck seriously I do like the Muhommad pick picks I don't like Vick Bell(or any Denver back) 6th pick for a maybe starter TJ Bryant Blaylock(3rd string?)

Bryant is a great value IMO. And has a good chance of being in the Top 15. As for Blaylock - Barlow stinks. And Blaylock is the best of the 3 NYJ RBs. vergoetterung 0 Posted September 1, 2006 I think Duckett is a good pick. Rolling the dice on Denver backs is, well, rolling the dice. If you're a gambling man, more power to you. They can certainly pay off. I'd be a little worried about TD production (given off years last year by Droughns, AJohnson), but you're right that it's a make-or-break team. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=227155

A Johnson and R Droughns: I am expecting both to drift back towards the mean. I think a starting RB should be able to get more than 2 TDs. And Houston should rely more on its passing game. We will see. But I definetly went for it all.

Vick will get hurt this year - when is the big question. Handcuff Schaub if at all possible. Troupe seems like he'll break out, esp. sice there's so many TE injuries in Ten. Besides, aside from 3 TE, they're all pretty much a gamble... I like Williams, but the QB situation in Det will have a significant effect on production at WR. Jurieicius is getting too old, and I don't like having same-team multiple positions unless one is QB.

Had I not have gotten Harrrison I would have def taken R Wayne and then Williams.
