Have LJ in keeper and 1st pick; SA, LT or PM?

Although I normally would never pick a QB in the first couple of rounds, I have the first pick and already have LJ as a keeper (5th round+ last year). Do I pick up Payton and lock in the #1 QB and #1RB(IMO) right away or grab SA? I am really on the fence on this one, so your opinion will definately make by decision.

 

BTW - LT has the same Week 3 bye as LJ so I am steering away from him.
