It's actually an old basketball injury. Twelve years ago, caught on elbow to the teeth that killed two of them, as I was going up for a rebound. I remember grabbing them and pulling them forward because they had been knocked back.

 

Turns out old dentist didn't do a very good job, and an infection was beginning on the teeth he did. So, had to have them redone.
