Unenviable 2nd RB choice between Duckett, Norwood or Harrison

Scoring is 1 points per 10 yards rushing/receiving and 6 points per TD.

 

We have Portis who won't play and Betts is supposed to start.

 

Which backup should we start at the 2nd RB with this scoring: Duckett, Norwood, or Harrison?

Duckett has the best chance to score, so I'd go with him.
