Bratwurst 0 Posted September 11, 2006 I figure there's gotta be a week where Harrison or Wayne sits and he becomes a viable starter. In a 12 team league ... is he worth a roster spot?

The Hood 9 Posted September 11, 2006 I figure there's gotta be a week where Harrison or Wayne sits and he becomes a viable starter. In a 12 team league ... is he worth a roster spot? Not unless you can keep a real deep bench. Almost all of last year and again last night the Colts don't go 3 WR much anymore. They go 2 TE. When they do have a guy in the slot position they usually just put Clarke out there. So since he's injured now and unless you can have him as your 5th, 6th WR and just hope one of those guys go down I wouldn't bother. Otherwise I don't see him doing much. Resident A-hole 0 Posted September 11, 2006 The only reason the Colts didn't use the 3WR set last night because Stokley was inactive. They mentioned that a few times during the game. D Clark was playing the slot in the sets where they usually line Stokely there. I think Stokley is a great bench WR if you have the roster space. He'll be back next week & should have a good year with no run game in Indy.
p00h 85 Posted September 11, 2006 if either wayne of harrison go down, he is gold. In a league where i have harrison, I drafted him and will leave him on my roster till the end of season for just that reason...
