is h.ward a significant enough upgrade from what i have?

no. brady and ahman green should land you a top 10 WR, not Ward

 

Rod Smith will be almost as good as Ward this year

Trent Green is injured (concussion) they say he'll be back in 2 weeks, but it is a rather serious concussion.

 

these things can resolve themselves in a couple weeks or in a couple of months.

 

at this point you're smart to avoid Trent Green until he returns to action.

Holt is a signifivant addition but your givin away too much. Brady is a great qb and A. Green, in a bad team still runs... sometimes... T. Green has a new defensive coach that will try to control games (not that he will be able to with such a defense) but I think that the explosiveness of the team is wearing and will continue to wear down.

Id say dont do it, your essentially trading brady and green for trent green and slightly if at all upgrading at WR. if it were a top 5/10 receiver it might be worth the trade.
