My team is the sig., we start QB,RB,RB,WR,WR,RB/WR,TE,K,D,D Player

PPR

 

I've been offered Portis and McNabb for C Taylor by Team 1

 

TEAM 1:

QB: McNabb, Johnson

RB: Portis, T Bell, Betts, C Brown, Dillon and Duckett

WR: Fitz., R Moss, McCardell, Evans

TE: Wiggens, McMichael

D's and K's insignificant

 

Then I would trade Portis, D Williams (or MBIII or Addai) and Jordan (or Brees) for LJ and Moore (or Green if they takes Brees) from team 2

 

TEAM 2:

QB: Roeths...,Green, Leftwich

RB: LJ, T Jones, Lundy, Maroney, Moore

WR: Harrison, Burress, Ward, Coles, Bennett, R Brown

TE: Heap, LJ Smith

D: Baltimore

Rest insignificant

 

I would then drop Moore/Green and p/u Williamson and M Turner with the open spot.

 

I think all teams would strenghten from it (esp me and team 2, and team 1 really wants C Taylor) Is the second part too much, too little, just right...does F Taylor need to enter the mix (instead of Jordan)?

I think the first half of that deal is a no-brainer.

 

The second half I'm a little more skeptical on. What about just Portis and Jordan for LJ? I wouldn't tack on Williams just to get LJ at this point. I do like his value long term, but think that's overpaying. If you really want to do this deal I'd trade away MBIII before I would trade Williams.

I would be careful about taking LJ. He is a better back this season than LJordan, but he hasn't been all that impressive.

WOW! Give the man what he wants. Taylor is not worth that so take the offer and run. Nice deal for you!

I have been offered LJ for Tiki but LJ worries me so I think I'll shoot it down. Don't pay too much for potential. LJ will get his points however with Green out, defenses are stacking the box on KC.

I had a hard time following all these moves but the first one is a steal and should be done immediately. As much as I like LJ, I don't think I would give that much up to get him.

I also think that the first trade is a MUST! But the second trade is a little fishy, I would really do some more research before making that deal.

Thanks for your reply. If I understand the transactions here correctly,

• You get: LJ, McNabb and Moore (or T. Green)
  
• You give: Chester, D Williams (or MBIII or Addai) and Jordan (or Brees)
  

I think you are getting a pretty good deal:

• LJ >> Chester
  
• McNabb >> Jordan given your QB situation (or Brees IMO)
  
• M. Moore << D. Williams but you are loaded at RB youth and this aspect of the trade has the least impact
