Fearsome

Which D/ST is better for the rest of the season?

Recommended Posts

I have the Dolphins but the Chargers, Bills and Falcons are all available. Will Miami rebound or should I jump ship and grab one of these three? Are there any others that look good for the remainder? In my league D/ST are given premium points. I lost my week one game because of the Baltimore shutout...my opponent scored 31 D/ST points and beat me by 25 because he had the Ravens. Last week Miami had 6 points and this week 2. Can't afford to lose a close one because of a poor D/ST!

That's a tough call. At first glance, I would say get the Chargers because they have looked very impressive, but then I remembered they have played the Raiders and the Titans, arguably the two worst teams in the league. That being said, of that bunch, I would either go with the Chargers or the Bills D/ST. I don't like the Dolphins and the Falcons schedule looks pretty tough.

Despite the fact they haven't played a good offense I'd say the Chargers. If not them Atlanta but Atlanta has played 2 equally bad teams in Carolina sans Smith and Tampa who is just struggling big time offensively. A good defense is supposed to do well against bad offenses which I think both of these teams have done. However if Smith does come back healthy that's a game where Carolina has to play a fired up, improved offensively division opponent. I'm a Denver fan and I can honestly say that our offense looks like garbage and KC doesn't look all that impressive even when Green was in. San Diego plays both of those teams twice and Oakland one more time.
