Time to give up on Burleson?

Is it time to finally drop him altogether and try to pick up Berrian?

If you have a lesser option to drop first, I'd hold on to him for another week or so, but if not - I say make that move.

yeah i'd say its time to let him go, jackson, branch, engram. Just to many good options he won't even total 500 yards. Axe him.

With the Seattle WR fiasco right now I'd say drop him. When Branch starts Burleson will be riding the pine.

Drop Burleson. Berrian would be better for now but I'm not sold on that offense yet. Bears have played 2 lousy teams. Is Colston available in your league? He is a huge target for Brees, reminds me of Gates. Should get a lot of red zone throws IMO.

Burleson is definitly droppable whenever you fell the need, he's in a crowded WR corp. However I'am not sold on Berrian just yet.

I added Colston last week, and Berrian is the best available WR because it's a Dynasty League with huge rosters.

well, Burlson wont do as much in Seattle as we thought.

 

I'd expect more 3 receiver sets than we've seen previously from Seattle.... but he wont get enough looks to be worth your while.

 

However it is worth noting, that I heard a rumour that Seattle may trade him away to get a decent O lineman to help out the running game that has suffered this season.

 

if that is the case, his value could go up a fair bit.

 

either way I agree that dropping him now may be premature. I'd at least wait a week or two to find out how he fits into the offense now that Branch is here.
