trade help - Bouldin for burress and glenn?

mcnabb, vick

WR

Holt, bouldin, M clayton, givens, lloyd

rb - R Brown, Gore, K Jones, Maroney, addai

 

 

i am trying to pawn one of my rb's for a 3rd wr so i can becnh clayton.... not having toom uch success with that

 

I was offered Burress and Terry Glenn for Bouldin.

 

would you do this?

 

Am i better off with:

Holt, bouldn and clayton

or

Holt, burress and Glenn

i would make that trade. Drew likes throwing to Glenn and who knows how much longer TO will be there before he gets kicked off another team.. The way i see it, your getting a 2 for the price of 1 trade.. I could make that move..

i would definately do that trade, Boldon is great, but Burress alone might match his numbers and Glenn is gettings tons of looks now with TO hurt, you're almost getting him for free here. I'd do it.

yeah but TO might actually be back this week and the guy who is trying to get bouldin from me, i play this week and he has kurt warner starting (whihc is proabblyone of the reasons he wants to get bouldin)

I'm surprised you can't get a WR better than Clayton for one of your WRs. And my first response to the your question is no, I wouldn't take it. I'd wait for someone to become a little more desperate for a RB.

 

But if that is not an option, I guess I'd do it. I just don't like that Buc offense at all right now. I never expected much from the passing game but did expect Caddy to have some success. Unless of course, you're talking about Mark Clayton. Actually I guess it doesn't change my recommendation but you can ignore the Buc offense comments.

I think I'd make that trade. That will give you 3 quality starters at WR, and Boldin and Plaxico are very close in value.

I wouldn't do it. I don't think Plax will finish with similar numbers to Boldin. I also don't think Glenn will get nearly as many looks when T.O. comes back. Addai & Maroney could both see an increase in value soon. Wait a couple of weeks then trade on of them for a WR.

I think your better off with Holt, Burress and Glenn. Even with TO in the line-up, Bledsoe seems to prefer Glenn and he will continue to get the ball even when TO comes back. TO draws double coverage which will only help Glenn.

 

With Toomer playing well opposite Burress, teams might think twice about rolling coverage towards him in the future.

 

Also, I would want no part of the mess that is the Tampa Bay Bucs right now.

I think Glenn is really getting under-valued this year. Bledsoe obviously has more chemistry with him than TO as we've seen the first couple of games. TO missing camp and now practice time isn't going to help. Glenn's a steal. Things may change later in the season as TO gets used to the system, but I'd take Glenn and Burress for Boldin now.
