I like Pennington to throw the ball A LOT, so QB is good.

I think I would go with Brown on the strength that he will get the ball a bunch for certain. The Fins won't want to let NWE tee off on C-Pep.

I say start Minny against that schizoid Det offense. Also TB is in the bottom 1/2 on DEF this year, and Minny is top 1/2 -- until there is some shift, Minny appears stronger.
