big blue bingo bob 0 Posted October 7, 2006 Kitna at Minny Johnson vs Det Brunnel @ NYG Minnys D is pretty good, Detroits D is due for a good game, and if the giants D doesnt step up this week they never will. Lot of intangibles involved here Who would you pick? Leave a link. I will answer
Pound 0 Posted October 7, 2006 one week is what you are looking for? I'd go with Kitna
JPFFBALL 0 Posted October 7, 2006 Gotta take the old man - Brunnel. Giants do not have a pass D.
Jello Biafra 0 Posted October 7, 2006 It's a real toss-up though for a one week replacement. I'd love to have Kitna as my backup, so I'd go with him as a one week replacement. He's been throwing a lot and is putting up great numbers. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=241953
CFFL06 0 Posted October 7, 2006 I would probably go with Brunell if you're thinking long term or Johnson if you're wanting a Week 5 burst. The Lions have allowed an average of 307 passing yards per game on the road...

T Man 0 Posted October 8, 2006 I would be all over Brunell as the team has running and great receiving threats. Kitna a close second. Thanks for answering mine.

Crackhead Bob 0 Posted October 8, 2006 Johnson Vs Detroit. Detroits secondary is horrible and I'm not sure why you think they are due for a good game. It doesn't get much worse than them.
Me_2006 14 Posted October 8, 2006 I'd go Brunell. Tons of weapons and speed at WR, and the last time the Giants faced a team with an accurate QB and 3-4 good recieving options, Hasselbeck went for 300+ and like 3 TD's against them. Brunell for sure. Kitna as a #2 option, but you just never know what the Lions will do from week to week.
madd futher mucker 36 Posted October 8, 2006 For the week and for teh season........Kitna.
Scruffdawg 0 Posted October 8, 2006 Think I'd go with Brunell. I'm not a big WAS fan, but they've got an awesome running game going with Portis and Betts, allowing the passing game to now be dangerous. Brunell is not a long ball passer, but he's going to get the stats because S. Moss and TE Cooley can get the short passes and break them loose for yardage. Homerj24 0 Posted October 8, 2006 Detroit is 0-4. They will be 0-5. They will need to pass.....yet again. That = Good fantasy numbers for Kitna. Good luck! http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=242057
