Crackhead Bob 0 Posted October 14, 2006 I've got 2 dilemas. I can start 2 RBS & 4 WRs or 3 RBS and 3 WRs. I have LJ @ Pit, FWP at home vs KC, Dunn at home against Giants , & M Morris @ St Louis Steve Smith @ Baltimore, Bernard Berrian @ Arizona, Tory Holt at home vs Seattle, & Jevon Walker at home vs Oakland. Walker has the best matchup of the WRs, but Berrian has been on fire and can I really sit Smith & Holt? LJ is a stud RB you never sit, but he has the worst matchup of the 4 RBs. Morris has the best, Dunn has the 2nd best matychup @ home vs Giants, and FWP is third best @ home vs KC. Damnit I hate having weeks like this. I need either 2 RBS & 4 WRs out this group Or 3RBS & 3 WRs? Help me pick the right 6 out of 8 guys.
whahaa 0 Posted October 14, 2006 you said starting 7 but i think you're only asking for 6. unless i'm blind you only listed 7 guys to choose from. anyway... here's what i would do: LJ, FWP, Dunn Berrian, Holt, Walker here's why... i think all the guys listed above will do well this week. in fact, i think all the guys you listed, including smith, will do well this week. however, of all of them, i think smith is the most likely to underperform against baltimore. thanks for answering mine. Stopper 0 Posted October 14, 2006 Surprisingly, I think LJ is the weak link here, but how can you possibly bench him? Start LJ, FWP, and Dunn at RB. Edge did well against KC, and FWP has a better O-line. Start Berrian, Holt, and Walker at WR. I don't think you could go wrong starting FWP and Dunn along with the above three wides AND Smith, either. Baltimore is good, but they can't stop everybody (Foster, Smith, Keyshawn), can they? rottytiny 7 Posted October 15, 2006 LJ FWP Smith Walker Holt Berrian Dunn with lack of TDs and Morris hasn't shown much-I'd leave them on the bench in favor of the 6 listed. Everyone loos at Smith's matchup with Balt and says to sit him but I can't see benching Smith no matter the matchup, he had a down week last week but I think he dropped 1 or 2 TD's. Just my opinion, see mine if you get a chance, good luck.
