RB - gore/s.jax/edge.........c.taylor(bye) WR - j.walker/roy williams/furrey/ward/evans........jennings(bye) who should i start? i need to start 2 RBs and 3 WRs.... appreciate help I would start S. Jackson and and Edge because Gore is going to get pounded against one of the roughest rush d in the league. Gore is lucky if he gets more than 50 yards. As for the WR's go I would go with J. Walker For sure since he's playing the raiders. Roy Williams He's playing Buffalo and H. Ward even though he's not doing crap. I wouldn't want to start furrey but he might not be a bad option. But, then again I would feel more comfortable with Ward. Here's mine http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=244097 I just remembered that edge is playing the bears. But I will still go with him since, they're playing at Home. I think he's still going to get the yards. Well more than Gore atleast.

WR - definitely Walker and Furrey. Please see mine http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...p;#entry2777642
bobpate17 0 Posted October 14, 2006 RB 1. S. Jax. Never sit him. He is a stud. He has taugh matchup but he will get enough tauches. 2. Gore. I think Chi has better D than SD. Edj is struggling as it is and I don't think his match up is gon help him much either. Gore is in better situation than EDJ. WR. 1. Walker: Walker is playing oak D. Oak is going to turn the ball over many times, which gives more chances to Den to score points. I think he will do good. 2. Roy: all Detroit does is throw throw and throw. He will get good numbers agaist OK buf D. 3. Evans: He is #1 in his team and Detroit D sucks.
AnaheimRams 28 Posted October 14, 2006 I would start S. Jackson and and Edge because Gore is going to get pounded against one of the roughest rush d in the league. Gore is lucky if he gets more than 50 yards. You do know who Arizona is playing right? I'd go with Gore and Jackson. With Williams dinged up... I'd go with Walker, Furrey and Ward. NickSac 1 Posted October 14, 2006 Here's my thoughts, but remember, I'm a Rams fan. I like Jackson on the turf and Seattle normally doesn't play well in our dome. Personally, I think Edge is going to get gobbled up, and Leinart won't be able to do anything to get the Bears away from the line to give Edge a chance, so I'd play Gore by default. As for your WRs, I like Walker as I'm playing Plummer against Oakland. With Pittsburg's sputtering offense and Williams notorious unreliability, I don't like either of them. Evans is a burner and on the turf, against a bad Lions defense, and he'll get more deep ball looks than any of them. Evans only needs 1 catch for that 40 yard TD to match the production of Williams or Ward, fantasty points wise. So, needing 3, Walker/Evans/Furrey. Just my thoughts. Check out my situation : http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=244108
nosferatu9368 0 Posted October 14, 2006 I'd go with Gore & SJax, Edge is playing the Bears and has no O-Line. Gore does face the Chargers but he is all they have. I'd say Evans,Williams & Ward Williams isn't as banged up as they first said, he should be fine, Any WR vs the Lions is a must start and I'm betting Ben snaps out of the slump at home vs K.C this week. Walker isn't a bad play but i'm betting Denver won't need to throw much, they will get an early lead and it will be the Tatum Bell show the rest of the way... Thanks for answering mine Peace... Melvinbet 5 Posted October 14, 2006 Sure Gore is going against a tough run def but he will get his tosses too. I'd start Gore and S.Jax. Edge may get some yardage but the Bears def won't let him in the end zone. At WR. Evans and Walker have favorable matchups. Start them. For your third, go with either R.Williams or Furrey, depending upon how much R. Williams is expected to play. Thanks for mine!
