Proto 0 Posted October 22, 2006 Both should get around 100yrds and a TD. L.Maroney - Patriots vs. Buffalo - away Lamont Jordan - Raiders vs. Cards - home
huskers-420 0 Posted October 22, 2006 Westbrook (can't bench him) Maroney http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=246546
ChickenLittle 0 Posted October 22, 2006 I'd take Westbrook (make sure he plays) and Maroney ... if Westbrook is out again take Jordan
vinniedasquid 0 Posted October 22, 2006 Tough one. My must start would be Maroney at Buffalo, he's been getting the lion's share of carries, they're coming off a bye, the Pats have put up the vast majority of their rushing stats on the road, and Buffalo's rush defense is the sux0r. I like Lamont's matchup this week and he'll get lots of touches, but I don't ever recommend playing any Raiders outside of Moss if you have other good options. Marion Barber is still kinda the backup in Dallas, even though he's scored in the last 4 games and has had some decent yardage in spots. I've been steering a lot of people away from Westbrook this week because he doesn't match up well with the Bucs' better-than-they-started-out defense, but I like his chances of breaking one or two this week more than Barber's chances against the Giants. So, Maroney and Westy IMO. Good luck! http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=246370 Oh, you already answered mine. Thanks
phantomace33 0 Posted October 22, 2006 I'd go with Westbrook and Jordan. I have Westbrook and i'm going with him, I think he'll have a pretty good game against TB. Jordan should do good at home against the cards defense. (I'm actually facing him this week)
murf74 461 Posted October 22, 2006 L.Maroney - Patriots vs. Buffalo - away Brian Westbrook - Eagles vs. Tampa - away Westy, can't bench him when he plays. Maroney will run a lot this week in the rain. see mine http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=246654
Ponyboy 0 Posted October 22, 2006 Nice options! I like Westbrook (if he plays) Maroney (big home run potential) Lamont is a nice option as well if Westbrook is gimpy
lanastussy 0 Posted October 22, 2006 I like Maroney (Pats will run all day) and Westbrook (should have a good day against TB...plus you can't bench him!!) Thanks for mine!
TonyB1972 1 Posted October 22, 2006 Westbrook and Jordan. I think Jordan's matchup is good, and I don't like starting people that share carries. If Dillon vulchers touchdowns it would suck, since Jordan should do good vs Arz.
Some Guy 0 Posted October 22, 2006 I would go with Maroney and Westbrook. I too have Jordan as one of my choices for today, however, he is dinged up and they activated a 3rd RB for this week. Good Luck
bauman88 0 Posted October 22, 2006 Jordan Westbrook, they'll get more touches see me http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=245871
sped1103 0 Posted October 22, 2006 I'd rank them: Westbrook Maroney Barber Jordan With Jordan banged up, there's no way I rank him above these guys. And no one has mentioned Barber but he has been producing very consistently (close games and blowouts) and is getting the red zone looks. please see mine: link
lpdeluxe 0 Posted October 22, 2006 Westbrook if he's playing with Maroney. Otherwise, Jordan and Maroney.
DeLLBerto 0 Posted October 22, 2006 The Philly Inquirer agrees, reporting Saturday that "the Eagles clearly plan for Westbrook to play," despite oddly being downgraded after returning to practice fully on Friday. Facing a Bucs defense that ranks 26th in the league and allows over 140 rushing yards-per-game, Westbrook can be penciled into fantasy lineups. Check back Sunday morning to be safe. - Rotoworld I would start Maroney/Westbrook right now... but be ready to change if he they do deactivate him.
chiz3 1 Posted October 22, 2006 Westy and Jordan. Everytime we think that NE will run all day, they do the opposite.-
Madler 6 Posted October 22, 2006 Westbrook and Maroney. Jordan may be out, they just activated another RB. Barber just gets goal line carries and you don;t know how many Thanks for helping me

In the Bucs' defense, subtract the week2 disaster against the Falcons and they've been giving up right at 100 yards per game on the ground. They've looked better lately, and should continue to play better with Ellis Wyms replacing Booger "I was a first round pick?" McFarland on the line. I don't see Westy getting much on the ground, but that's usually not his bread and butter anyway. I'd still play him based solely on big play potential
TonyB1972 1 Posted October 22, 2006 Jordan's backup is dinged up too, so I think hes gotta man up today....Maroney may be the safer pick, but he is still 50/50 on what your gonna get with the split. Jordan has more upside this week imo.
ramblin'wreck 0 Posted October 22, 2006 need to play 2 of these RBs... L.Maroney - Patriots vs. Buffalo - away Marion Barber - Dallas vs. Giants - home Brian Westbrook - Eagles vs. Tampa - away Lamont Jordan - Raiders vs. Cards - home Will answer yours If Westy is a go, you need to go with him. Then I'd go by this order for the rest. Maroney - I think the Pats will go up early and thery will run a lot. Jordan - He's still the man in OAK and he plays much better at home. Barber - a back up who gets goalline touches OK, now tell me what you think of Brandon Jacobs.. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=246683
