merchasd 0 Posted December 21, 2006 In the championship this week, my QB options are Vick and Bulger. Vick - slightly injured, up against Carolina who has been reeling. Bulger - against a Washington Defense that has stepped it up lately (shut down Brees). I also have SJAX, so I could put all my eggs in the STL basket against WAS. What would u do? 6pts - Rush/Rec TD 1pt - 10 yds Rush/Rec 4pts - Pass TD 1pt - 20 yds Pass
adanley 1 Posted December 21, 2006 I like Bulger in this one. He should have a solid game. If Vick is unable to run, he will be contained, even by an injured DEF. Please see mine http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...=0#entry2934411
michael_melhus 0 Posted December 21, 2006 I'd stick with Bulger...far more consistent...and up until last week...TERRIBLE against the pass. I am very tempted to start Bulger this week instead of Romo believe it or not. I have Holt so I am leaning towards Romo...S JAX gets his touches no matter what. I wouldn't be afraid to run with them both. Vick is just too inconsistent and leaves you either really happy or really pissed....Bulger will get his. see mine http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=261460
katfile 0 Posted December 21, 2006 I have had Vick in all my leagues and no matter how good or bad of a QB he is.. he is a great play regardless in Fantasy FB. Far more consistent that Bulger. He has been up and down all year. Vick will atleast give you Rush yards and they will be there for you against banged up Carolina Team. CptLeech 0 Posted December 21, 2006 I like Bulger this week. If I didn't have Peyton I'd start him myself. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=261472
BG711 0 Posted December 21, 2006 I'd go with Bulger. A groin injury could be re-aggravated at any time and considering Bulger has a favorable matchup, I wouldnt take the chance with Vick. Good luck. See Mine Please
hermdogg 0 Posted December 21, 2006 I'd also go with Bulger. Everyone's talking about how much better Washington's defense is playing, but it was just 1 game. I'm thinking about starting Bulger over Romo. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=261428
