Chick won't donate bone marrow to her brother who'll die by the end of the year. Focked up.

Personally, I think it's wrong of her to not donate to her brother, but I also say that from the perspective of being really close to my sister. If I were not close to my sister and we regarded one another as no more than acquaintances I'm not sure I would do it.

 

Bone marrow transfusions may not be all that risky for the person donating, but it is a very painful procedure to go through. While that is something that I would not hesitate to go through for someone whom I hold dear (like my sister), I can't say that I would definitely volunteer to go through it for someone I could give a rat's ass about.
