D_House 0 Posted April 13, 2007 Yesterday, the day that Imus was fired, two major bomb attacks occurred in Iraq. One in the so-called Green Zone, another that took out a bridge. But one dude's firing was front page news. Funny we don't see this type of media hoopla when corporations make decisions to cut thousands of workers in "cost-saving" moves. Even though those people depend on those jobs waaaaay more than some retirement aged millionaire. We're living in a celebrity-driven culture.
