It doesnt matter what is said now.. come game time Maroney will be in there for 25+ carries a game. You dont sit your stud so some average chump can carry the rock. Will Faulk be the third down back? Probably, but this wont hurt Maroneys value. he has 1500 and 15+ TDs written all over him. If you think a 3rd down back hurts a RBs value please see SA 2001-2005 stats.
