Keeping 3 of 4, McNabb, McGahee, Portis, S. Smith

Recommended Posts

QB McNabb

RB McGahee

RB Portis

WR Steve Smith

Passing TD's worth 4

Rushing/Receiving worth 6

I'm taking over an existing team in a 14 team keeper league. I don't want to release Steve Smith so it really is a matter of keeping 2 of the other 3. Any advice?

TIA,

John

I'd personally keep Portis and McGahee over McNabb, as they have a higher roof and scoring potential (and are younger). Just my opinion though. Please see mine, thanks.

To me, it's a NB...McGahee, Portis and Smith.

I'm in complete agreement. Bye-bye McNabb.

You should get him early. Round 5 probably (which would be the 2nd after the keepers). Seems way too early, but if Portis goes down ....

I am COMPLETELY against handcuffs...at least outside the bedroom. They are normally wasted picks. Grab a starter or a RBBC guy at that spot or a couple rounds later and you will normally get more mileage.
