dats007 1 Posted August 21, 2007 We expect Williams to out-perform Foster this season, much like he did when he was healthy last season. The two will compete for a starting job, but end up splitting the workload when the season starts. Neither is anything better than a No. 3 rusher, though Williams has far more upside. Consider him in Rounds 5 through 7, while Foster is an option in Rounds 6 through 8. From what I've gathered, they are essentially labeling this the epitome of a RBBC. They go even further to say that DeAngelo Williams is the guy they expect to do better of the two. So when they have to make these depth charts, they put the guy with more upside (Williams) at the top of the chart.
