Shaun Alexander vs. Travis Henry

Recommended Posts

I would trade Travis Henry and the 35th pick in the draft for Shaun Alexander and the 40th pick.

Is Alexander a lock to be that much better than Henry? Or Can Henry be just as good?

I dont think he's a lock because Henry runs hard and Denvers OL is regarded as the best in the business despite not being the biggest OL.

I prefer Alexander, thinking he is the safer pick.

Maybe its Shanahan. Im not sure. But, all the Henry hype has me weary.

Make the trade for Alexander and don't look back. A lot of people seem to base Denver's O-line rep on their Super Bowl O-line, not their CURRENT one, which is a hollow shell of its former self - they had 0 Pro Bowlers last year. Alexander and Hasselbeck are finally healthy - look for a return to form for Alexander (just don't expect 28 TDs).

I would probably not make this trade. the 35th pick is still a situation you can get some real talent, 5 spots down may hurt you. Henry has enough upside to take the chance on going with him. This is JMO, but I have Henry too, so I may be a bit biased. Good luck and see my signature for my link, thanks.
