p.man 7 Posted September 18, 2007 Blue Jays lead 6-1 in the bot of the 8th. F.Thomas has 2 hr's tonight off of T.Wakefield. He actually has 3 hr's tonight. He hit another in the 8th inning. Yanks lead 5-2 in the bot of the 6th. Yanks just got out of a bases loaded jam. I'm starting to get sick though. The focking Mets are losing again. This time they are down to the Nationals 12-4 in the 8th. K.Hernandez said it right...."The Mets are having a nervous breakdown right before our eyes". Yanks increase their lead to 7-3. side note....saw the new yankee stadium over labor day weekend...how do u feel about it? are people ticked that they are leaving the old stadium?.... citi field looks to be a great upgrade from shea by the way.....though mets fans may still miss shea... Most of everything I've heard has been positive concerning the Yankees new stadium. The new Mets ball park will be a blessing. I have some good memories going to shea stadium. Although most of them are about going to see the Jets when they played there. I used to go see the Mets play a lot back in the 70's and 80's. Now I only go once or twice a year.
