Vernon Davis and Deshawn Wynn for Shockey?

I have Eli as QB, and I was wondering if I should try and pick up Shockey. The team I am trying to get Shockey from does not have the best backs. He has Norwood, Washington, Betts and Lewis. He also has Eric Johnson at TE.

 

I was thinking about trading my Vernon Davis and Deshawn Wynn for Shockey. Is this too much for Shockey? Should I just do a Davis for Shockey trade? What are your thoughts? The rest of my team is in my signature if you think I should put someone else in this trade for Shockey.
