How do you feel about this trade?

Here's the deal, I am a bit weak at QB (we start 2 in our league). My RB's are S Jackson, W Parker and R Johnson

 

The trade on the board is a 6 man trade I would get D Brees, T Holt and M Lynch for R Johnson, P Rivers and P Burress.

 

How does everyone feel about it, it would affect my bye weeks a little but its nothing I couldnt fix with a waiver pickup.
