Flex help

Recommended Posts

Who to start? I am leaning with Randle El going against the sorry G Men pass D. My other options are

Avant--PHI--Wr-- going against Det pass D

Dunn at home against Car--got a TD last week can he do it again?

Jacoby Jones--Hou--Wr-- Is he the man with Johnson out?

Morris--NE-RB-- He is scoring and getting carries. Is he worth it?

Not very good options but they are all I have to work with

Leave a link and I will answer back

9 times outta 10 if you've got a decent RB option as a flex that's who you start. I'd start Dunn this week. Dunn has averaged 17.5 carries a game in the poor falcons showings, a starting running back getting 17 carries a game is good enough for a start over any of the other guys.

Check out my post if you can.

Agreed - I'd go with Morris too. Not so down about Dunn, but in cases like this I go with the better team, even if Dunn is technically the starter. There is still a split there and Atlanta is in bad shape. Morris will get his.

Morris. The Pats are running a two-back offense just like they did last year with Morris in the C. Dillon role. It's just that this year no one knew that going into the regular season.

As to Morris being a backup, I don't think that's an accurate description. Unlike Ron Dayne, who mostly has come in for clean-up duty with Houston is ahead in the 4th quarter, Morris is getting carries every third series or so from the 1st quarter on, and got the goal-line call last week even after Maroney had been in most of the drive.
