Replace Smth at WR?

Recommended Posts

Here's what I got

Steve Smith vs SEA

Chris Chambers vs DET

Lee Evans vs CLE

Isaac Bruce vs GB

Reggie Brown vs DAL

Ike Hilliard vs ATL

I've been riding Smith, Chambers and Evans most of the season, and needless to say, I am amazed that I am still alive in my league with that group of underachievers. So what to do this week?

I think I need to stay with Chambers and Evans, but should I give up on Smith??? I know he always has the potential to put up big numbers, but he has been all but useless in my league (6 pts total in the past 7 weeks)

Scoring is 1 pt per 30 yds, 2 pt bonus for 100+, TD = 6, TD over 50 yds = 12

Available on waivers...

B. Johnson ARI vs NO

S. Holmes PIT vs JAX

J. Gaffney NE vs NYJ (3TDs in last 3 weeks)

M. Jenkins ATL vs TB (2 TDs in last 2 weeks)

K. Walter HOU vs DEN (2 TD in last 3 weeks)

D. Patten NO vs ARI (3 100+ yd games)

Or should I just stay with Smith and say a prayer????

That's a toughie. I have Smith in one league (one & done in playoffs), and I started him almost every week, much to my dismay. It's hard to bench him, but I think you have to. I'd probably grab Patten off the WW. He has been hot, is the #2 option in NO and has a great matchup.

Thanks for mine!

Holmes has a favorable matchup next week (CLE). Gaffney COULD keep it up. I might upgrade with those two.

As for this week, who knows who's going at QB for CAR, whoever it is probably won't have much success vs. SEA. I'd prolly go with Jabar this week and Santonio the next.
