typhus 13 Posted December 15, 2007 I know this is a good problem to have, but Im playing the Brady team and I really need to hit big with this last WR start. Chad Johnson vs SF Greg Jennings vs STL Both seem great on paper, but CJ has been inconsistent all season. Right now leaning towards Jennings{dome), since hes been consistent all season. Need big points to win since I already started 4 guys (Andre Johnson, Owen Daniels, Demeco Ryans, and Elam), and only have 43 pts vs his team that hasnt played anyone yet, and he averages around 165 pts. Also need to either start D. Anderson(weather) or Bulger (dome)
jdbailey8 0 Posted December 15, 2007 I like Jennings and Bulger. Jennings scores and Bulger has better matchup plus he is playing in a Dome. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=306221
Nichee 0 Posted December 15, 2007 I like jennings also. But I'd be concerned about Bulger against the Pack. Concerned he'll do well and concerned he finishes the game. If weather is passable, Anderson's my call.
cincyredsfan34 0 Posted December 15, 2007 CJ is inconsistent, and as bad as the Bengals passing game has been its hard to to want to start him but at some pt they'll break out. Both options are good, but i'd hate to bench CJ when he goes off for 2-3 tds. I'm in kind of a similiar boat with CJ, but you can't really go wrong with either one. Ive owned CJ since he was a rook, and everytime I bench him, he has a career game.
dumbassmax2001 0 Posted December 15, 2007 Jennings for sure....he has been on fire. Bulger is a high risk/reward start but you know he's going to be playing from behind. I'd still gamble and go with Bulger
typhus 13 Posted December 15, 2007 thanks to everyone for their help, going with Bulger now for sure....... Cleveland weather report for Sunday.... A wintry mix in the morning will transition to mainly snow in the afternoon. High 32F. E winds shifting to WNW at 20 to 30 mph. 4 to 6 inches of snow expected. grades 0 Posted December 15, 2007 Sounds like you've already made up your mind, but my $0.02: Agree on Jennings - scoring all TDs in GB. Very tough QB call - I would lean slightly toward Anderson just cause Bulger hasn't been that great when healthy this year anyway. Gotta figure Anderson will throw a couple short ones to Winslow and Braylon...

Gotta figure Anderson will throw a couple short ones to Winslow and Braylon... I hear ya grades, and thanks for your insight, Im just leaning towards Bulger becasue the only way I win is with a big game out of my QB, and Bulger offer more of a chance to do just that, since they will be playing from behind all day. Jamal Lewis should pound the ball on a regular basis in Cleveland, meaning potentially less air time for Anderson. Might just flip a coin, or break out the ole crazy 8 ball... kermitfunk 0 Posted December 15, 2007 I think Jenning's is the play at WR for sure, but I am a little worried about Bulger's health. If you can check it before gametime and he plays then he's probably safe.
