Who would you rather have: Jamal Lewis or Earnest Graham?

Recommended Posts

I just proposed a trade for Jamal Lewis, offering him Earnest Graham and Donal Driver since he needs another WR for a flex spot. I know Jamal has some slight leg injury but this seems insignificant from what I've read. CLE also has a tough schedule though, however TB lost their best O-lineman and now that chucky brought Dunn in I'm wondering if Graham will see as many looks as I'd hope.

Most projections I've seen have Jamal ranked higher than Graham, but I'd like to get opinions given my team and his.

Non-PPR 10 team league

My team:

QB: Brees

WR(3): Housh, Jennings, Cotchery

RB(2): M.Barber, LJ

flex(2): J.Galloway, E.Graham

TE: H.Miller

K: Gould

Def: CHI

Bench(6): L.White, D.Driver, J.Fargas, V.Young, R.Rice, J.Gage

His team:

QB: C.Palmer

WR(3): R.Wayne, Calvin Johnson, L.Evans

RB(2): S.Jax, J.Lewis

flex(2): D.Clark, J.Porter

TE: Witten

K: Rackers

Def: NE

Bench: Gaffney, Bulger, F.Jones, S.Rice, A.Bradshaw, BAL

I feel like I'm giving up some depth in my roster but am I upgrading enough by getting Jamal for Graham and Driver? I feel like Jamal will get a lot more touches than Graham and I'd only start Driver a couple times due to BYE or injury I think.

please post your link and I WHIR. :pointstosky:

I wouldn't make the trade. I have both Jamal Lewis and E. Graham ranked similarly, so it'll really be a side-grade rather than an upgrade if you make the trade. Though you're pretty much set with Housh, Jennings, Crotchery, and Galloway as your WR's, I'd keep D. Driver around in case one of your WR's get hurt (esp. Jennings). Plus, both L. White and Fargas aren't scrubs, so even if Graham doesn't work out, you can always slot one of those guys in.
