Need some help with who to start in week 1

So, My fantasy league has a two QB set, so im starting David Garrard as my first QB, but im not sure whether to start Jeff Garcia vs. the Saints or Chad Pennington vs. the Jets. After hearing and reading about how good the Saints D is supposed to be now with their upgrades, im wondering if Garcia will be as consistent.

 

Also, do you guys prefer Vincent Jackson or Anthony Gonzalez? Im not sure who to go with for my last WR slot. My other WR are T.J Houshmanzadeh and Santonio Holmes.

Sad as it is I would lean towards Pennington. Aside from the "facing his former team motivation" I think he has a better chance at throwing some TD's. Granted New Orleans pass D sucks no idea how the improvements will do but Galloway torched them last time and I dont see it happening again..I see TB running the ball and Garcia doing just enough to win. Mine?
