In an effort to get MBIII or Portis...

Guys the owner with MBIII and Portis has started out 0-2 and his WR's suck hard. I think he is looking to unload one of these 2 guys for a Top WR. I happen to have three of those to offer him.

 

Which of these three would you offer him for either MBIII or Portis:

Marshall

Fitzy

 

I am thinking Fitzy since it seems like Boldin blows Warner in the locker room beofre each game. Problem is though I would have to replace Fitz with a F.A. WR (lost Burleson) and there isn't much to speak of there. Currently Westy and Jacobs are my starting RB's. So I could have:

 

Westy

MBIII/ Portis

T.O.

Marshall

Free Agent pickup (Patten?)

 

Or just stay with:

 

Westy

Jacobs

T.O.

Fitz

Marshall

If he will take Fitz for barber, I would do that for sure. But not knowing your starter requirements, not sure how bad this hurts your WR's. Far as WW pickups, the 2 WR for SanFran have started making some noise and they might fill in ok.

Yeah, if you could get Barber for Fitzgerald, go for it. I'd be surprised, though. Otherwise, I'd just stay put. As is you have a solid core of RB's and a great group of receivers...why fix what isn't broken?
