Should I start WR in my Flex Spot?

Recommended Posts

What's up? This is my first post here! WOOT! I have been mulling over this all week. This is my team...

QB - Rivers

RB - Gore

RB/WR - K.Smith

WR - Wayne

WR - Boldin

TE - L.J. Smith

D/ST - Eagles

K - R. Lindell

BENCH -

WR- S. Smith

RB - R. Brown

TE - O. Daniels

QB - M. Hasselback

D/ST - Packers

RB - Hightower

My question is basically out of the WRs that I have who should I start?

Should I put Steve Smith in the Flex spot over K.Smith? Both have pretty favorable matchups.

I'll answer yours, just post a link...

Whew tough call. Normally Smith would be the easy answer, especially in PPR situations, but you never know what he's going to do the first time out. Then again, the same could have been said for Brandon Marshall last week.

I'd say Smith.

Thanks for answering mine.

Smith for sure. He is bound to make some big plays. true it is his first week back, but long yardage catches for touchdowns is what steve smith is all about.

It's a little risky to roll with just 1 RB, but in this case you have tremendous strength at receiver. Every one of your 3 could be someone's #1 guy. I'll join the echo chamber and say that the Smith of the Steve variety is the stronger play this week. And it'll probably be true most other weeks, too.

S. Jax?
